| The range of activities at Bloom Public School, Vasant Kunj, is as broad as the interest of is students. Some of the activities are : Guest Speaker programmes and seminars are organised where well known scholars and outstanding public figures are invited to the school. This helps the students to interact beyond the confines of the school community. Eco Club organises various activities to sensitise people about the deteriorating state to value and admire nature and live in peace with it. | ||
| .A wide variety of cultural and social activities are organised through various clubs and organisations. Professional staff motivates and helps students to plan successful events and develop leadership qualities. The students are judged for their creativity and imagination. Inter-school events provide students with rich opportunities to give vent to their talent. Students with outstanding performance in academics, sports and extra-curricular activities are awarded medals, certificates and shields. | ||
| The school staff also plans and organises outdoor education, such as regular visits to industries, museums and places of historical interests. Overnight camps are also conducted for children. The school is also an active memer of the NIE 'The Times of India' and PACE 'Hindustan Times' Programes. Overnight campfire is organised for both the junior and senior students. This provides the students with an opportunity to interact with their teachers and school friends. | ||
| The Interact Club | ||
| Youth wing of Rotary Club, takes up projects concerning community welfare. Its members visit various social organisations. A few activities that the club has been involved in are: - Collecting old clothes for orphanages, Collecting all kinds of things for the Orissa Cyclone Relief Fund. | ||
| Robotics | ||
| Robotics helps students to understand the concept of artificial intelligence and the mechanics behind motion. It develops their concentration as well as certain motor skills. Children also learn to work as a team. | ||
| The Editorial Board | ||
| It consists of the Editor, as well as students who help in collecting articles for PACE and NIE. They also provide articles for "Bloom Talk", a school newsletter which contains articles, reports, achievements etc. of the students. It provides news briefs to Hindustan Times PACE "School Times" and Times of India's NIE, "Offspring" and "Education Times". | ||
| Debating Club | ||
| Here the students are provided a platform to express their views on all matters freely and efficiently. Through the medium of open discussion, narration, elocution, declamation and in-house debates, the oratory skills of the students are honed up. | ||
| Theatre Club | ||
| In our ongoing endeavour to make our students confident, expressive and well-adjusted individuals we have introduced "Theatre in Education" in the school. Side by side, we are also starting afternoon classes (which are free of cost) to help in the overall development of the child. It is being conducted by theatre personalities from the renowned "Imago School of Acting" headed by the fanous Barry John. | ||
| Dance | ||
| Students are taught folk and classical dances by professional dance teachers. A room has been specially assigned for teaching dance. Kathak and various folk dances are also taught to the students. | ||
| Discovery Club | ||
| With the help of Internet, students are introduced to the fascinating wonders of the world. | ||
| Nature Club | ||
| Here the teachers bring the environment close to the students. They learn to interact with nature through the means of scrap books and gardening. | ||
| Sculpture Club | ||
| Clay and Plaster of Paris are the media in which the students express their sculpting skills. | ||

| The school is an active member of the World Wide Nature Club. | ||

| Sports | ||
| Bloom Public School realises the need for physical training. Therefore sports are an integral part of the school curriculum. Seven full time trained coaches have been employed to train the students in Badminton, Skating, Taekwando, Cricket, Aerobics, Athletics, Volleyball and Basketball. | ||
| Art and Craft Club | ||
| The Art Room is the place where the students learn painting, sketching, block printing and related topics. Figurative art, tie and dye, glass painting, free hand painting, canvas painting, handicraft, poster making and book illustrations are also taught. | ||
| Music - Instrumental and Vocal | ||
| The students are trained to play the instrument. The school band plays for various functions. The school also has a choir. | ||
